Job Summary:The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to make informed recommendations to customers.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and minimize losses.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and inclusive store culture.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
- Language: English.
- Availability: 35 to 40 hours per week.
