Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Solestop. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
