Showcase, the world's largest retailer of its kind, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Markville Mall. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, showcasing our latest products, and driving sales through engaging interactions with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a fun and interactive experience for our customers
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively demonstrate and sell our products
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through suggestive selling and upselling
  • Assist with daily store tasks, including merchandising, price changes, and stock management

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Punctuality and reliability
