We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our team at Argus Properties. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our public areas, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all public areas, including the lobby, restrooms, banquet/meeting spaces, and parking areas.
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
  • Assist with basic maintenance repairs, such as plumbing and TV troubleshooting.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
