Job Opportunity

Carewest Innovative Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our rehabilitation practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing innovative programs, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive system change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for quality improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with foundations and committees within Alberta
  • Analyze effectiveness of strategies and implement quality and process improvements
  • Demonstrate competence in the evaluation of services to meet the needs of the patient population
Requirements
  • Masters or Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with appropriate professional licensing college
  • Minimum of 5 years in a clinical operational leadership health care role
  • Experience with mentorship of teams, quality improvement design, and implementation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with post-acute outcome assessments
  • Understanding of Continuing Care health Service Standards, policy and procedures
  • LEAN, Six Sigma, or AHS AIW modules
  • Accreditation experience
