Location: Various locations across Alberta

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical activities of the healthcare practice, ensuring high-quality patient care while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
  • Monitor patient care metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in clinical management or operations within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare regulations.
