About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Systems Administrator to join our team at Jinnuojiayin Culture and Development (Canada) Ltd. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Administration: Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Hardware and Software Evaluation: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • User Support: Provide problem-solving services to network users, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures to protect our network and sensitive information.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform routine network start-up and close-down, maintain control records, and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
  • Network Setup and Optimization: Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet, and implement network traffic and security monitoring software to optimize server performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration, with a strong background in networking software, hardware, and security.
  • Skills: Proficiency in networking software, hardware, and security, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
