Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team at Cameron. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Attain excellence in learning and competency events to ensure technical proficiency.
  • Ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at customer job sites, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Operate valves, both manual and hydraulic, to maintain efficient and safe operations.
  • Repair and maintain SLB manufactured products, including valves, actuation, and control panels, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lubricate and perform preventative maintenance on SLB equipment to minimize downtime and extend lifespan.
  • Work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues related to SLB products, providing expert solutions and support.
  • Perform field work throughout Alberta and British Columbia, and shop work otherwise, to meet customer needs.
  • Complete safety records and reports, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
  • Engage with customers to promote company products and services, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Mentor others as required, sharing knowledge and expertise to develop a high-performing team.
