Job Title: Financial Markets Instructor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified instructor to teach financial markets courses at the University of Ottawa. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach financial markets courses to undergraduate and graduate students
  • Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi, lectures, and assignments
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
  • Stay current with developments in the field of finance and incorporate new knowledge into course materials

Requirements:

  • Master's or MBA degree in finance or a related field
  • PhD in finance preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of fixed income investments
  • Recent professional experience in the area of financial markets

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position with a regular schedule. The successful candidate will be expected to work on campus and may be required to teach evening or weekend classes.
