- Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor our culinary team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Quality Control

- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to maintain exceptional quality and presentation.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to our health and safety protocols.

- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience
- 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Fast-paced kitchen environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding, with regular standing, lifting, and bending.
- English (required).
