Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at N&M PRODUCE LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring merchandise for resale.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement price and credit policies.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
