Position Overview

The Hot and Cold Cafe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial reports to enhance and sustain profitability.
  • Staff Oversight: Monitor and evaluate employee performance, while providing necessary training and support.
  • Operational Planning: Organize and coordinate daily activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Recruitment: Attract and hire qualified staff to maintain an efficient team.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage staff work schedules to meet operational needs.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain and organize inventory to ensure availability of supplies.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate terms with suppliers for food and necessary materials.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to enhance satisfaction.
  • Marketing Participation: Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
Supervisory Role

Responsible for overseeing a team of 11-15 employees.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, requiring the ability to manage stress and maintain attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.

  • Highly organized and a team player with the ability to multitask.
