Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure operational excellence by performing managerial tasks, such as scheduling, maintaining inventory, and evaluating employee performance.
  • Train and grow a team who are focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences through coaching and feedback.
  • Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
  • Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
  • Support key initiatives as empowered by and in partnership with the Store Manager.
  • Take a proactive approach to growing the business through community outreach.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Experience supervising, training, and coaching sales associates.
  • Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making, and financial analysis.
  • Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
  • Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
