Assistant Store Manager

Join Tapestry, Inc. as an Assistant Store Manager and take on a leadership role in our luxury retail environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and District Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and store operations to identify areas for improvement
- At least 1 year of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment
- Proficient in MS Office and retail systems, including labor management, inventory systems, and sales reporting
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons
