Assistant Store Manager

At Tapestry, Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Service: Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective coaching and development of the sales team.
- Workplace and Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among team members.
- Operations: Ensure seamless store operations, including managing daily tasks, maintaining store appearance, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- At least 1 year of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office and retail systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons.
