Qualifications- Education: No formal education required
- Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset
- Apartment and condominium complexes
- Various locations
- Conduct adjustments and minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, while coordinating with tradespeople for significant repairs.
- Engage contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance of the properties.
- Perform minor appliance repairs.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate is preferred.
- Must pass a criminal record check.
- Bondable status is required.
- Driver's license validity check is necessary.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is essential.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must have own tools.
- Dependability and reliability are crucial.
- Flexibility and initiative are highly valued.
- Strong judgment skills are necessary.
- Are you available for shift or on-call work?
- Are you legally authorized to work in Canada?
- Do you have prior experience in this field?
- Gasoline expenses will be reimbursed.
- This is a permanent position.
