Job Title: Automotive Technician

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Seaboard Transport Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with our vehicles
  • Work closely with our team to ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and running safely
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Valid license to operate heavy equipment
  • 2+ years of experience as a mechanic or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and transmission systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
