Estimating Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Estimating Supervisor to lead our team of estimators at Amico Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing workflows, driving results, and collaborating closely with the project team from the initial design phase to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of estimators, ensuring seamless workflow and exceptional results.
  • Analyze and interpret shop drawings to guarantee precision and accuracy.
  • Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for project submittals and provide accurate pricing and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project execution.
  • Issue and update quotes, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Review and provide insights on shop drawings and project specifications.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading a team.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and a keen eye for detail.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction or estimation, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering excellence.
