Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our extensive water quality initiative, emphasizing adherence to regulations and ecological restoration. Candidates should possess a strong background in overseeing large-scale projects, with budgets ranging from millions to over a billion dollars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate efficient project coordination
  • Oversee budget management, scheduling, project planning, contract preparation, risk assessment, and documentation

Contract Management:

  • Evaluate construction packages, identify challenges, and optimize project timelines and financial plans
  • Supervise contractor relations to ensure effective project execution

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple project packages with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance is essential.

Safety and Quality Assurance:

  • Guarantee site safety and quality implementation, prioritizing environmental standards
  • Proficiency in managing construction projects that adhere to high environmental criteria

Work Schedule:

  • Standard work rotation

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 20 years of successful management in complex engineering projects
  • At least 10 years of experience in projects with budgets exceeding $50 million
  • Strong background in project management, civil engineering, and resource extraction

Compensation:
