Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our Global Technology department, you will be responsible for partnering with our North America Supply Chain organization to deliver our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Build Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with North America business stakeholders to shape opportunities for digital capabilities in the region and achieve business goals.
- Develop Business Technology Roadmap: Co-create a digitally enabled business capability roadmap with key stakeholders and identify opportunities to achieve business outcomes through process optimization, digital solutions, and analytics.
- Portfolio Management and Value Creation: Manage a portfolio of regional and global digital capability initiatives, set priorities, and align with regional and global teams to deliver value and positive business outcomes.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide expertise in process optimization and best practices to enhance business goals and proactively address opportunities in the external environment.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects in the improvement, creation, and implementation of best business practices and digital solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery of results.
- Change Agent: Advocate for improving processes through digitalization and drive adoption of new ways of working.
- Deliver Digital Products and Services: Ensure that digital products, services, and solutions meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers to deliver the greatest possible value and impact.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Business Process Knowledge: Demonstrate deep understanding of direct and indirect supply chain business processes and North America business objectives.
- Continuous Learning: Continuously learn and apply industry trends that add value to McCain's strategy.
- Aligned Roadmap: Create an aligned and connected roadmap of capabilities and initiatives working with Global Technology and Supply Chain Business Functions.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
- Supply Chain Technology Experience: 5+ years' experience as a supply chain technology analyst or lead, either as a technology business partner with supply chain or as a digital analyst for supply chain functions.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience leading and participating in delivery of supply chain planning solutions and systems in CPG, Food Service, QSR, or Retail industries.
- Technical Skills: Deep experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S4), advanced planning systems, and supply chain processes, as well as experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) applications such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or similar S&OP solutions.
- Business Process Knowledge: Deep business process knowledge of core transportation and warehouse management functions and experience implementing transportation management solutions.
- Digitally Enabled Capability Roadmap: Experience defining, developing, and implementing a digitally enabled capability roadmap in a global or large, complex company.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills working in cross-functional global and regional teams.
- Key Internal Relationships: Supply chain business stakeholders and process owners as well as Global Digital & Technology Program, Delivery, and Support teams.
- Travel: As required.
- Job Location: Primarily performed in office in Oakbrook Terrace, IL USA, Toronto, Canada, or Florenceville, Canada.
