Job Title: Organizational Development Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Consultant to join our team at Clarity Consultants. As an Organizational Development Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping our clients revamp their existing Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy and framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preliminary planning, current state analysis, benchmarking, and milestone definition.
  • Framework development, employee focus groups, validation, and designing communications.
  • Development of a rollout strategy, pilot and/or rollout, system integration, and monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree, academic focus, and/or certification in Organizational Development.
  • 10+ years of experience in organizational development, including formulating strategies based on organizational goals.
  • Strong background in organizational endeavors related to broad organizational changes.
  • Pronounced experience creating modern strategies for Employee Value Propositions for large companies, including creating related frameworks.
  • Ability to align strategies with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Skilled in assessing current state organizational structure and capabilities.
  • Expert in collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights and understand strategic direction.
  • Must be a true consultant with the ability to hold the room and facilitate high-level meetings while directing the conversation and clearly articulating thoughts and ideas to guide audiences with limited experience in EVP.
  • Able to support and adjust based on feedback and evolving needs.
