Security Operations Supervisor Role

SAI SECURE SERVICES INC is looking for a dedicated Security Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in managing security measures and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. This position requires effective coordination with various departments, maintaining operational efficiency, and overseeing the quality of security protocols.

Qualifications
  • Completion of secondary education
  • 1-2 years of relevant security experience
  • Valid Security Guard License
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize security maintenance and inspections
  • Respond to emergency incidents
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations
  • Ensure effective functioning of security systems
  • Monitor safety standards and compliance
  • Supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of security equipment
  • Compile and present operational reports
  • Procure necessary materials and supplies
  • Offer technical guidance to enhance security effectiveness
  • Manage and schedule security personnel
