Job Summary

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our clients' premises, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure working environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This role will involve working in a variety of locations, including offices, warehouses, and other secure facilities. The successful candidate will be required to work a 30-35 hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
