About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned information security leader to join our team at People Corporation. As Vice President, Enterprise Information Security, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security program that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide information security strategy that addresses confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, assets, and data.
  • Lead the security team in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to our organization.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure information security risk assessments and risk management processes are in place.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to the security team to ensure effective implementation of security controls and measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and advise stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in information security, with a strong background in technology and risk management.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team of security professionals.
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
  • Strong leadership, engagement, and ownership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
