We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Delivery Coordinator to join our RBC Insurance Agile Delivery, Digital Optimization, and Risk team. As an Agile Delivery Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Lead Agile Coach and Director of Agile Transformation to support coaching squads working in an Agile environment to deliver on RBC Insurance's Realize 2026 strategic priorities.
You will work closely with the Lead Agile Delivery Coach to ensure alignment within the Agile Operating Model and Digital Risk Model. This is an excellent opportunity to support new ways of working, facilitating adoption by working closely with coaches and squad members.
You will also work with key partners to support the project management delivery team in establishing the product chapter within RBC Insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Support squads executing on strategic initiatives, including introducing new ways of working centered on the Agile Manifesto and Principles
- Work with Lead Coach to ensure teams deliver highest value through delivering work in an incremental manner and working with an agile mindset
- Assist in creating Objective and Key Results trainings and working sessions for leaders and squads within Digital and Data, and RBC Insurance as a whole
- Help in creating and developing trainings with the Agile delivery team for squads, business leaders, partners, and stakeholders within RBCI and Digital and Data
- Provide support on roadmap creation and strategic initiatives to push forward RBCI's vision, Realize 2026, to simplify insurance for everyone
- Lead continuous development and identify new and improved ideas for training and support, communicating with key members of different teams within RBC Insurance
- Creation of required training materials for coaching and training sessions
- Agile mindset open to learning and finding new and innovative ways to provide faster value
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong conceptual/strategic thinking skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint), Jira, Confluence, Mural applications
