Job Title: Site Superintendent

Fermar Paving Limited is a leading general contractor in the GTA, delivering high-quality infrastructure projects for private and public clients. As a Site Superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project site work processes, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely communication.
  • Oversee project performance, P&L, and cash flow forecasts, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety procedures, regulations, and contract specifications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements:
  • Minimum College Diploma (Civil preferred) or equivalent construction industry experience.
  • 3 to 5 years' supervisor experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction work.
  • Exposure to provincial/municipal government contracts an asset.
