Scheduling Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. As a key member of our Scheduling Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shifts are covered and our scheduling software is up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and update work schedules for frontline Paladin Security employees in the Calgary branch
- Work with Client Service Managers to strategically plan schedules and maintain accurate client and worksite information
- Facilitate effective communication across departments regarding vacation requests, shift pick-ups, and last-minute book-offs
- Capture and report statistics related to overtime usage and develop strategies to minimize it
- Conduct audits and maintain accuracy of all entries in the scheduling software (WinTeam)
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work well in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week
