**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure the club and facilities are kept clean, safe, and sanitary, adhering to high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the building and grounds, identifying and reporting any issues or concerns to the Facilities Services Manager.
  • Complete cleaning tasks daily, considering member traffic and expectations, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Report any custodial, maintenance, or safety issues to the Facilities Services Manager, and collaborate with the team to resolve them promptly.
  • Follow safety standards and procedures to protect members, property, and staff, upholding the company's commitment to a safe and healthy environment.

**Requirements**

  • Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Capable of repetitive tasks and physical activities such as lifting, bending, and kneeling, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Can handle medium to heavy objects, with a focus on ensuring the club and facilities are well-maintained and secure.
