Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Grand River Granite LTD.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Inspection: Inspect incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the shipment of goods, including preparing bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, as well as the maintenance of a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Supervision: Supervise material handlers and helpers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Basic security clearance, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Coordinator will work in a warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
