We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Grand River Granite LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to and from our warehouse, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Organize and manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient use of warehouse space.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and verify bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Accurately record and maintain inventory levels, shipment details, and other relevant data to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, handling heavy loads, physically demanding
