Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
  • Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are completed to satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to provide updates on repair status and estimated completion time.
  • Stay up-to-date on manufacturer updates, bulletins, and recalls to ensure vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and meet customer expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Licensed Technician.
  • 310S certification and Class A Automotive Mechanic's license.
  • Other certifications or licenses mandated by provincial law.
  • Strong automotive background and knowledge of power, machine, and hand tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
