We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at CMLS Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for originating residential mortgages through the mortgage broker channel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial mortgage referral relationships with selected mortgage brokers in your region.
- Provide unparalleled knowledge and sales support in the non-prime mortgage space, product and underwriting training to all of your business partners.
- Take ownership of your territory's volume objectives and make it happen while maintaining both deal quality and underwriting efficiency standards.
- Liaise with your colleagues in underwriting in resolving issues with business partners.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in private residential mortgage credit lending, a master in sales, relationship management, and development, with a proven track record of success. Previous experience in Business Development is required. A Mortgage Broker license or Mortgage Agent license is also required or must be obtained within 6 months of being hired.
