Freight Forwarding Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective logistics management.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of logistics professionals to achieve company goals.
- Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
- Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates and services.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.
- Accurate and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
