Landscape Maintenance Operator

Work Hours Or Shift: Monday to Friday (and Saturday during peak months), from 6:30am to around 4:30pm
Salary: $19/h + productivity bonus + commission (average earning of $22-27/h)

We are seeking entry-level lawn care technicians who are available for full-time work. Comprehensive training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. Responsibilities:This position is structured around two main seasons to ensure a full-time, permanent role.
From April to October:- Apply safe, government-approved products such as fertilizers and weed control.
- Generate leads by introducing our services to neighboring properties after each application.
- Assess and recommend improvements for the quality of customers' lawns.
- Adhere to expected production schedules.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both existing and potential clients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle and equipment.
- Present a professional appearance at all times.
- Engage in outdoor lead generation for potential customers, with no sales involved during this season.
- Participate in our Marketing and Promotion Team, traveling to various residential areas.
- Introduce our services to potential residential customers and inquire if they would like a complimentary lawn care estimate.
- If the customer agrees and signs the authorization form for us to contact them for a quote, this is considered a lead.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- A valid G or G2 License in good standing is required.
- Availability to work on Saturdays during peak months of May, June, September, and October.
