About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Landscape Gardener Helper to join our team at RLawn. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' properties are well-maintained and looking their best.

Responsibilities
  • Education and Training
    • No formal education or certification is required, as we provide on-the-job training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
  • Work Site Environment
    • Our team works primarily outdoors, so you must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Work Setting
    • You will be working with our team of experienced landscape contractors and maintenance professionals to ensure our clients' properties are well-maintained.
    • Our team works with a variety of clients, including private residences and commercial properties.
  • Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
    • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as mowing lawns, raking leaves, and collecting refuse.
    • Remove litter and garbage from properties.
    • Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
    • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of our clients' properties.
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they remain healthy and thriving.
  • Work Terms and Conditions
    • This is a permanent, full-time position, with a regular schedule of 30-44 hours per week.
    • Our team works in English, so you must be fluent in this language to communicate effectively with our clients and colleagues.
