Job Summary
SimpliScapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of landscape projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of landscape installers in completing projects on time and to the highest standard.
- Operate a variety of landscape construction equipment, including skid loaders, small track machines, concrete saws, compactors, laser levels, and compact mini-excavators.
- Install patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, and retaining walls using interlock pavers and natural stone.
- Install plants, trees, soil, rocks, mulch, and sod.
- Work with natural stone and concrete materials to create patios, walls, and outdoor kitchen areas.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in landscape construction or hardscaping.
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer daily to pick up job site materials.
- Enrollment or graduation from a landscape or construction program is preferred.
- Knowledge of plants is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the office and yard.
- Punctuality and a strong desire to work in a team environment.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Steel-toe work boots are required.
