Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Utilize computer software, including MS Office and MS Outlook, to perform tasks and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
