About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at Quadient. As a key member of our digital demand gen family, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and reporting on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in support of our North American lead generation goals, with a specialization in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and update our core email journeys and weekly single sends for the Canadian market, in both French and English.
  2. Contribute to the conceptualization and development of multichannel lead gen campaigns, including strategy, themes, research, and project planning.
  3. Ensure corporate website content is up to date, the customer experience is optimized, and content is aligned with lead gen initiatives and champion best practices to maximize lead gen and the overall customer experience.
  4. Project Lead for our Canadian Postal Rate Change campaign, leveraging Canada Post, Purolator, and other carrier updates to provide thought leadership, build customer loyalty, and generate leads.
  5. Update and manage existing chatbot playbooks in Drift, ensuring an optimal customer experience and maximizing ROI from the platform. Create new playbooks for campaigns as needed.
  6. Conceptualize, copywrite, and project manage digital content, including emails, web pages, and landing pages, as well as blog posts, PDFs, white papers, videos, infographics, and other downloadable content.
  7. Develop and maintain campaign metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis.
  8. Communicate the Quadient value proposition to increase brand awareness, generate demand, and position Quadient as industry thought leaders.
  9. Manage the Canadian edition of our monthly mailing and shipping newsletter, Quadient Connections, as well as our blog.
Requirements
  1. 4-6 years of experience in a B2B digital marketing lead gen role, with specialization in email nurturing, paid media, and thought leadership style content marketing.
  2. Experience in email campaign creation and management (Eloqua a plus) as well as playbook management in a website chatbot (Drift a plus).
  3. Solid understanding of current digital marketing and demand generation trends, direct marketing, consumer psychology, and other marketing best practices.
  4. Above-average copywriting and editorial skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  5. An adaptive learner with a passion for digital marketing.
  6. Creative and innovative, with the ability to generate new ideas on your own.
  7. BA in Digital Marketing or similar field; or relevant experience.
  8. Basic editing capabilities in programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Video) a plus.
  9. Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics software, such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Site Improve, HotJar, Search Console, Facebook, and LinkedIn ad managers, Canva, Bynder, Drupal, GoToWebinar, and others.
