Change Management Proficiency:

  1. Expertise in formulating change management frameworks and methodologies.

  4. Skilled in conducting workshops and presenting to executive leadership.

Impact Analysis and Strategic Planning:

  1. Identifies and assesses the implications of changes on operational processes and technological solutions.
  2. Evaluates alternatives based on both business and technical factors, recommending and substantiating implementation strategies.
  3. Involves stakeholders in the change process, ensuring their input is meaningful.

Process Design and Execution:

  1. Creates and executes change management procedures and tools to facilitate organizational shifts.
  2. Oversees and directs the activities of the change management team within established timelines and financial parameters.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  1. Operates independently or under the general guidance of a Program Director.
  2. Provides direction to business leaders and communicates changes to the Project Manager effectively.

This position offers a chance for an experienced professional to apply their Change Management skills and drive significant organizational change.
