Position Overview:

The Field Execution Representative role is a key position within Monster Beverage Corp., focusing on executing programs and increasing merchandising support in various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Trade Development Managers in executing programs and increasing merchandising support in all measured channels.
  • Build and strengthen route-level relationships in Nielsen-measured accounts.
  • Execute the 'Curb to Vault' strategy for POS.
  • Support sales efforts with communication via app-based tools.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain direct route-level relationships with store managers on their specific route.
  • Merchandise Monster as an individual contributor in the cold vault and in coolers.
  • Expand cold space in all accounts where applicable.
  • Transport and place POS materials both in and outside of accounts.
  • Care for program materials and assets of Monster Beverage.
  • Arrive on time and adhere to shift schedule, check in with management via app-based tools.
  • Communicate execution action items to region managers via daily tracker.
  • Maintain brand appearance and wear proper attire.
  • Ensure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, the category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
Position Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • May be required to travel when necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required.
  • General knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and eligible to drive on behalf of Monster.
  • Must have reliable transportation (able to transport reset, display, and POS equipment).
Equipment and Tools:

Required: STR Kit [Base wrap x 1 roll, Monster case platforms x 2, Pricing, SDM Modulizer x 2, Mixed box of glides, Cooler Topper x 1]

Periodically: Monster Dolly Rack, 22Wx23Dx67H, 46 lbs.

Other related duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $20.00CAD
