Fund Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fund Operations Specialist to join our team at MUFG Investor Services. As a Fund Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of custody trades and the preparation of fund administrator documents.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review fund administrator documents for capital commitments, subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer trades.
- Execute and review these documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and perform callbacks with third-party custodians to ensure seamless trade execution.
- Allocate custody trades and wires to team members, ensuring timely execution and confirmation.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve queries and issues related to custody trade execution.
- Provide training and support to team members on BAUs and system improvements.
- Participate in system improvement projects and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- University degree in an accounting field or related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in fund accounting or investor relations, with a focus on AML/KYC processes.
- Strong understanding of the Fund of Fund business and custody operations.
- Proficiency in using Adobe PDF and other relevant software.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced investigative and problem-solving skills.
