At ECCO Supply, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping us grow our business by accurately and efficiently taking off plans, itemizing products and equipment, and preparing quotes for our bid and spec customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ECCO's customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all co-workers and ECCO employees, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Read and comply with ECCO's Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist in the success of ECCO's Safety Program by suggesting improvements and setting a good example, prioritizing safety in all aspects of your work.
  • Complete engineered drawing take-offs of commercial grilles, registers, and diffusers, as well as mechanical equipment.
  • Assemble accurate and timely tenders, including quantities and sell prices for commercial GRD and mechanical equipment.
  • Project manage successful job tenders, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and processing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, promoting and securing business from all aspects of the HVAC industry.
  • Provide timely feedback to your supervisor regarding performance, and participate in annual inventory counts and trade shows.
  • Work closely with senior ECCO estimators, who will provide mentoring and coaching to ensure your success in the role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
