Commercial Estimator Job Description

ECCO Supply is seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for estimating and quoting commercial projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take-off plans and itemize products and equipment for commercial projects
  • Assemble accurate and timely tenders, including quantities and sell prices for commercial products and equipment
  • Project manage successful job tenders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, promoting ECCO Supply's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers are treated professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with senior estimators, providing feedback and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines, participating in annual inventory counts and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Proficiency in estimating software and systems
  • Knowledge of commercial HVAC products and systems
