Cafeteria Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Superfast Services Ltd. as a key member of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Lead and Coordinate Food Service StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
Inventory Management and Quality ControlEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Customer Service and CommunicationAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Work Schedule and PlanningEstablish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
