Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, planning and organizing operational logistics, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player
Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people.
