Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating with other departments, managing inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluations
  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
