We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and recorded, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility and reliability
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a team of 5-10 people. The work involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and working in a variety of weather conditions.
