About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at New Heights Convenience. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue, including promoting products and services to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that products are reordered as needed.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter sales data into our computerized system, ensuring that records are complete and up-to-date.
  • Electronic Commerce: Conduct sales transactions through our online platform, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Sales Records: Maintain accurate sales records, including tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Sales Routes: Develop and implement sales routes to increase sales revenue, including identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with customers.
  • Sales Agreements: Develop and negotiate sales agreements with customers, ensuring that all agreements are fair and mutually beneficial.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase sales revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
