Food Service Manager

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Establish work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Team player with ability to multitask
- Punctuality and ability to work under pressure
