The Tutoring Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the educational experience by overseeing tutoring services and ensuring efficient administrative operations.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a relevant field
- Implement and refine administrative processes to improve service delivery.
- Review and assess new administrative practices for effectiveness.
- Delegate tasks to support staff to optimize workflow.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative operations.
- Manage payroll administration tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
